At the AGM, held at Bruntsfield on Tuesday 24th January 2017, two people became Honorary Members.
Martin Bryden the author of “Blackford Golf Club 1889-2015. A club born on the Braids“, was proposed by Douglas Macfarlane and seconded by John Stevenson.
Jimmy Rodgers,who was captain in 1997-98, was proposed by Douglas Macfarlane and seconded by Tom Mitchell.
Both appointments were unanimously approved.
