The much anticipated return of Blackford to Elie was washed away by heavy rain. Such a shame because 34 brave, or foolhardy, members made the journey. The staff at Elie were most helpful, allowed us to cancel the golf and swiftly re-arranged our after-match dinner into a lunch. It is hoped to rearrange the outing later in the year.
