Blackford Golf Club entered a team to participate in this event held on the newly revamped Bruntsfield Links . The team comprised David Paterson ( former Captain of Bruntsfield ) , Tony Kelly , Allan Weir and led by our Secretary and Treasurer Chris Hardie . The superb summer weather continued and the golfing gods were smiling on our team who surpassed themselves . Out of the fifteen teams that were competing Blackford were Runners Up , Allan Weir won the individual prize for the best Stableford score ( 43 points ) and the team as a whole did extremely well in the raffle after dinner !
